KEPHIS – IEICS (Integrated Electronic Certification System) For the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS), we developed the IEICS to automate phytosanitary certification and permits. The solution supports exporters and importers with online applications, inspections, approvals, and international compliance via IPPC ePhyto. Key features include electronic payments, data integrity, and role-based access controls. It improves efficiency, reduces errors, and enhances Kenya’s global agricultural trade competitiveness.
