AFA IMIS

Agriculture and Food Authority – AFA IMIS We built the Integrated Management Information System (IMIS) for the Agriculture and Food Authority (AFA) in Kenya. The system automates licensing and certification processes for cash crops including coffee, tea, sugar, nuts, pyrethrum and horticulture. It integrates secure online payments, real-time tracking, and reporting dashboards. By reducing manual paperwork, it improves efficiency, accountability, and decision-making in agricultural regulation.
